Food was great. But not as promised. Was supposed to get 12 bacon and 12 pancakes but only got 8 of each. It may not seem like a big deal, but when you’re feeding a family it really is.

Kudos to Kerry! She hand delivered on her own time an item that was missed in my original order (and supersized it)! Now that is customer service at its finest - going out of their way and on their own time. Amazing!! Thank you!

This location is terrible. it took the waitress Brianna 12 min to come to the table to greet us & take our order. She never apologized for taking forever & then screwed up the order. Forgot to bring the bread that came with my meal. No apology for that either. The manager on duty looked like she could care less. Ridiculous
