Bad service so I don’t even eat in anymore and, now no phone orders excepted on Father’s Day (because it’s a holiday)??
Do not tell customers the reason they sat at a table for 10 minutes with nobody acknowledging them is because you were too busy. Ruined my Mother's Day. Thank you

So disappointed with the service we received this evening at the Brooklyn Park location- to start it off our waitress forgot to put our order in- realize it 20 minutes later- approaches our table let’s us know what happened. We’ve now been sitting in the restaurant for 30 minutes with no food- just drinks- food finally comes, 2 of the 4 orders are wrong- no apologizes from the managers about the mistakes and errors. I normally wouldn’t review things like this- but needed to share this experience with others.
