We called a few companies for estimates to replace the roof on our commercial building. We chose Bakers Roofing since my husband was familiar with them and they have been in business in Clearwater for a long time. They came out promptly and provided a fair estimate and within days were replacing the roof. Upon our own inspection, Mr. Baker was out supervising and overseeing the work. They do not know how to install a metal roof and should not have quoted and said they did. We’ve been trying to get our “new” roof fixed for over a year. It didn’t look new when they installed it because they cut the metal wrong, installed pieces incorrectly, and all sorts of other issues. So eventually they came to fix it, and in that process forgot to seal the vents and we had a leak inside our brand new ceiling. They “fixed” it again and a few months later leaking again.
