Update: The owner contacted me, apologized, and I was refunded the money promptly. I would definitely use this company again. I was charged for another storage in addition to the one I requested. I have made four phone calls over a period of three weeks, and I have not received any response or refund! I would not recommend.

HORRIBLE experience. Needed a unit for 3 weeks, was charged $105 for the unit, and then 2 days later another charge for $74 was applied to my card. It’s been about 2 weeks since then and I put in a move in request last week to move out of the unit in 9 days. I was NEVER asked what date I wanted to move out to begin with or I obviously would have put the term I needed the unit. (Less than one month). Following the move-out request I was charged another $105. I have been charged $280 for less than 30 days at this storage unit.... read more

Clean, affordable, and great service. Bought a storage unit for a month for in between leases during the summer and couldn’t have found a better place

Pretty Poor experience. They Required a 30 day notice of moving out to get my deposit back. Could not contact on website to notify of moving out. Would not recommend
