I’ve come here for a couple months, it seems each time I go it’s the same employee at the counter. White guy, average height, always wears black scrubs. He was very rude on one occasion when I asked about a copay that I wasn’t supposed to have, when I asked him if there was any reason he could think of behind the copay, he glared at me and simply stated the price and said nothing else. I’ve been using this pharmacy for over 2 years now and never had a problem until today. I called to refill my meds, the automated system wasn’t helping so I called to speak with someone at the pharmacy. I was immediately answered by a man with a rude tone. He asked for my date of birth and name, and as I’m spelling out my last name (spelled different than how it sounds) he immediately cuts me off. Very easy to deal with and knowledgeable if you have questions. Pretty darn quick as well.
Drive up window service is extremely slow. Is it possible to have people wanting to pick up a prescription that has to be made up to come inside and allow people with quick pickups to quickly pickup medication? This is the second time I have waited 20 minutes
