Dan is absolutely amazing at what he does. When I need to get super strong, he is my go-to. Fantastic programming. What else is impressive is just how strong everyone else in his gym is, too! Highly recommend for your performance needs. Thanks Dan!
Dan helped me recover from surgery and I came back better than ever. I worked with him for two months over the summer and beat lifetime bests in lifts, and then went on to pr in almost every event by huge margins. I haven’t had any issues with my surgery since.
Dan is great!!! His knowledge of strength training and rehab is unmatched. He is working with both men and women in every sport and every one of them excel at their sport thanks to him! I’ve personally been coached by him for several different injuries over the years and I always come back better and stronger thanks to his guidance!
This place rocks! Dan has helped me sky rocket my personal bests in all areas of my sport (track and field). Lifts, jumps, throws etc. I have also struggled with over use injuries from my programs and he has helped me fix any issues I’ve had and prevent them from happening again. I highly recommend checking him out and trying the free week!!
Best trainer and gym I’ve ever been to, he helped me with my athletic goals and get stronger for college soccer. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to be more athletic or aspires to play in college.
