I was so impressed by the cleanliness and well organized family owned business! It is evident that they pride themselves on customer satisfaction and security. They have 24 hour surveillance of the entire facility! Storing my keepsakes and family heirlooms was not an easy decision, but picking the right place was an easy decision. I wouldn't leave my valuables anywhere else! Now I have more free space in my home and I have comfort knowing my items are secure and protected.
I was there a couple of weeks ago and met with the lady named Karen in the office. I'm selling my home and I do not know what size I'm going to need just that I will need storage she took the time to show me a variety of sizes she even took messages when the phone rang and said she call him back and gave me her complete and undivided attention I really appreciated that not sure when I'm going to need Stewart's but I do know I will be renting at Menifee Ranch Self Storage
I just rented a unit for the second time and each time I was very pleased. My move in was very smooth and the manager, Marilyn, was very helpful. It is nice to have a well-run, family-owned business that appreciates their tenants. My unit was clean and the security is great. I highly recommend this self storage facility!
Management was friendly and courteous and very easy to work with. They answered all of my questions and gave me helpful tips on how best to store my belongings. They even brought us cold bottled water while we were unloading our stuff. Best storage experience I've ever had.
Its easy to find. The guy in the office was nice. Unit was clean and really cheap. I got a unit inside and there are a lot of lights so easy to see stuff.
Great place to rent! Low cost, easy access and friendly, helpful manager.
My storage unit was broken into and things were stolen. When i told the office mananger about it just to let her know she started screaming at me telling me I was lying. She also told me she didnt have time to deal with me and hung up the phone. Though I did not blame her for what happened she acted as though i did. I moved my stuff out of this place the very next day. The office manager at this place is very rude and unprofessional.
This place is awesome. They have great security. And only about 50 dollars a month for storage. You can park your R.V. or if you are moving you can rent a U-Haul. I have tried it and i think you should too.
