I’ve been with them for years. My second heat pump with them.. mark baker is a real gentleman. It’s not over when he cashes the check. I can’t speak highly enough about his business. The people that work for him are polite and respectful . Love my heat pump as cold as it has been very comfortable . I had them replace all the duct work. So they had to be in the attic a lot . The guys cleaned up after themselves. GREAT JOB. THANK YOU MARK FOR ALL YOUR HELP
Excellent technician, fixed a number of issues. Gave good discisription of what was going on and how to correct.
Bakers repairmen were prompt, courteous and patient. They spent two hours investigating and testing. They found the problem right away and fixed it but continued to test every possible area until they were satisfied there were no other issues. They charged me the least amount possible. I recommend them without hesitation.
Winter storm day and the trucks were rolling. Impressive. I worked with Mark and he was professional and knowledgeable. He explained very well what was needed. I’ll definitely use Bakers for all challenges that arise in the future. Great company.
Overall excellent service. Technicians are knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. They used shoe covers! and, didn't leave a mess.
