I had ordered a 36 rose arrangement thru FTD, but only 12 were delivered. When I called customer services, rather than offer me a partial refund, they contacted the florist to send out the missing flowers. When the roses finally arrived, there was no arrangement, and their quality was poor. This experience was terrible, and worthy of no more than 1 star on Google. I would expect that high quality customer service would offer a partial refund, and provide the arrangement ordered.
The person that works at the 132nd Maple floral department, Tammi I believe, is just amazing.
Beware they have a 1 week return policy on tropical plants. Seems like a very short window and an improvised return policy to me. DO NOT BUY HOUSE PLANTS FROM THEM.
Was disappointed that all fruit trays were sitting in front of 9.95 and get to register to find out it was 22.97 So they send the bagger to check price he cannot find so comes back. I walk over with him to find it is all in wrong spot. So obviously I am disappointed. The manager says nothing and wouldn’t even honor the difference. I found her attitude to be less than polite.
