Worst service ever with any medical centre. Booked Dr Rati Singh appointment at 1600 hrs. There was no cancellation email or text message. When we reached there, receptionist Eden and Trish said it was cancelled. It was confirmed my side even showed the confirmation text message and email. Even we asked if they can have a chat with Dr regarding this as we were already there but nothing. Worst experience ever. They were like no it’s cancelled from our end, we can’t do anything. Dr Spomenka Borojevic is very thorough, open and informative regarding my health and its management which is a breath of fresh air. The management, nurses and reception staff are all so helpful and efficient. I really feel like I’m in good hands and highly recommend this practice.
