I've been going to Baker’s for years, and the care has always been exceptional. The doctors are thorough and genuinely compassionate, and the nursing staff and receptionists consistently go out of their way to help. Some of the negative Google reviews seem unfair—many people’s issues could be avoided with a simple call ahead themselves to check the docs on time and for people not to book other appointments on that day. Worst service ever with any medical centre. Booked Dr Rati Singh appointment at 1600 hrs. There was no cancellation email or text message. When we reached there, receptionist Eden and Trish said it was cancelled. It was confirmed my side even showed the confirmation text message and email. Even we asked if they can have a chat with Dr regarding this as we were already there but nothing. Worst experience ever. They were like no it’s cancelled from our end, we can’t do anything.
