Do not work for this company they screw you around every week and do not care about you or your home time in the least bit Poorly managed and nothing but a giant headache Avoid at all costs. You’ll work for people that know nothing in trucking industry.
Company lacks policy and procedures to insure an environment that promotes diversity and inclusion, attire worn in the office was sleeveless shirts and language that mirrors “shop talk” days!. I was let go bc of a citation, remember folk this company is a Joke , manager don’t know anything about trucking, Yvette safety lady don’t even know anything about trucking, only one person in office know how to drive a truck , I’m happy now where I am . If you need experience work for them for a lil bit and move on .
No Job Security I would say upmost . This company is so out of order and doesn't care about driver safety and driver responsibilities. Equipment is very UNSAFE to drive and management doest even know where to start to keep drivers satisfied. Turnover rate is well above do to the lack they can't keep drivers. I recommend this company to a new entry driver its a place where you get your feet wet out here than you move on to bigger and better opportunities.
