Nathan arrived on time and was very friendly. He took the time to explain what he was doing and even taught me a few things along the way. He was very kind and courteous. I would recommend him to my friends and family in a heartbeat.
Mr. Baker arrived on a Saturday because my wife and I both work during the week - we had an issue with lights going off but not tripping the breaker that we couldn't figure out. Mr. Baker showed up on time, and was immediately greeted by our excited dog who some might describe as "overly friendly" or "aggressively playful."
