Great group of guys here. Always fair and go the extra mile to help their customers.
The owner and his coworkers are awesome. They put the five stars in customer service. Their excellent work is commendable. I would not take my diesel Ford everywhere else.
I have to applaud Bakers Diesel for going above and beyond to fix ongoing issues that nobody could fix. I told Dakota exactly what was going on and he made an effort to look into and fix ALL of the issues I brought up and we haven’t had any issues since!
The folks who work here are just hands down amazing human beings. I was on my way back to San Antonio from Dallas in a large diesel box truck when, by stroke of luck, I got a blown out tire right in front of their shop. Not only were they willing to stop their tasks to come out and help, one of them went back to their home to grab a special sized socket for the rims. I cannot thank them enough. Kindness like this should not be overlooked. I'd trust these guys to do you right.
