This is my first time coming to them and they provided friendly and exemplary service. I took my 2010 Rogue Nissan to Lane for a second opinion on an electrical issue with the passenger side harness as diagnosed by the Nissan dealership. However, Lane’s diagnosis was not the passenger side harness but the trailer harness which he removed allowing my signal light to function properly again. His ability to explain to me clearly what the issue was and prompt communication speaks volume to the service they provide.
They gave one price of $750 when they called to pick up when all work was done, my husband even heard on phone and talked to the mechanic and I spoke to woman on phone and that was price quoted to come pick up, get there they jacked price up to $905.
I took my car in for my 125k mile service. Got the car back and I couldn't be happier!! Friendly staff, very professional and courteous. Thank you Baker Automotive!!! I'll definitely be back!
Lane did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issues I was having with the air conditioner in my 1971 GMC Sierra pickup. He undid the homemade wiring job the previous owner had done and put it back to original. I highly recommend Baker Automotive. They are actual mechanics not just part replacement specialists.
