I really never fill out reviews bad or good, but the service here was so bad I felt the need too. I called the company to have someone come out and look at my washer on Tuesday 11/05/2024 and they never showed up or called that they couldn’t come that day. I called the next day and was told he was running behind, and he would be there Thursday. Today is Friday and still no show or call. I called and was told again he was running behind. Absolutely terrible customer service. I waited 7 months on a part for our 1 year old Bosch refrigerator, but never once did the lady in the office call with an update. I called every time until she finally told me that they couldn’t get the part & that I’d need to call the place I bought the fridge from to see if they could get it. She informed me that if I could, then to just call back & they’d get me on the schedule “ASAP”. Very poor customer service. Called for a dishwasher repair, leak in a seal. I was told he would be out Mon or Tues. Stayed home both days, no call. Called back on Thursday and the gal on phone said shame on me for not answering his call........he never called me. So again he will be out next Mon or Tues, again I stayed home nothing. I would not do business with Baker Appliances ever.
