I made it very clear over the phone before appointment even took place that if insurance didn’t cover it I wasn’t in the financial position to cover the cost of the appointment. Then I asked again if insurance would cover it before my appointment started and they told me they weren’t sure and didn’t see a reason why they wouldn’t.
