I have been a tenant with Baker Team Properties for years. Service has been timely and profession. If you want to rent a home were the property management treats you like a person, not an income, I recommend starting here.
I recently purchased a home listed by Baker Realty. Poor responsiveness, poor overall job by this company. If I were to list my home, Baker Realty would be THE LAST place I would contact.
Slumlord at its finest! Doesn’t manage anything, and does not maintain the properties she manages.
