Mike is going to be greatly missed. He was very prompt and professional in his duties as the head of maintenance.
Really responsive management! Been here for ~5 months. Good location, they do repairs and cleanings on the common areas every few months. Pet friendly, allowed us to sign for multiple years to avoid big jumps in rent, and the remodel in the apartment is very nice. We really like our place so far :)
Tyron is great with tenant relations. Others have been unhelpful at best and straight up condescending at worst.
Excellent company. They've managed my property for over 5 years. Great rates, communication, and tools for property managers.
The complex is very cleanly maintianed, and all requests are completed with timely manner. In addition, the peoples in the office are very friendly. I strongly recommend the Barcaly to anyone who want to live in peace. Thank you!
