Terrible signage both to get to the practice and reception closing times. Stood waiting while someone is sat right in front of me in the reception without letting me know the reception is closed. No signage to inform anyone of the reception opening/closing hours. Complete waste of time just to collect a letter. Do better, it won’t take much.
I've been a lifelong patient of Dr Austin. She's been incredible with me and my family with all the things life throws at us. The nurses, NP, doctors and receptionists have all been there a really long time. There's one receptionist who is mean- no other way to put it. She's dismissive and her tone is incredibly belittling. I've brought this up with Dr Austin and ever since, when I call, I either ask to speak to a different receptionist or a nurse. As a long time patient with the practice I appreciate how hardworking the doctors, nurses, and staff are. Especially Gemini, she has such a kindness & authenticity that are refreshing in a time when so many health care workers are burned out. I am grateful for Dr Renee Beland and her team!
