I was impressed with the knowledge and workmanship that Joe,Chris and Jesus displayed while estimating and explaining the options for my gutters , addressing my concerns on site, to the installation and cleanup after the work was completed! Truly a top notch team that showed excellent attention to detail and provided a product that I believe is not only the best but , also a great value and I expect many years of trouble free use. Joe Claffee, Jonathan Stewart, and the roofing team at Baker Home Exteriors did an excellent job on our roof. They followed up on the details and inspected the completed project.
Baker Home Exteriors provided glass door replacement including two large side windows. The project was complicated due to cedar shingles that had to be trimmed and a single ply walkable membrane roof that had to be flashed properly. Joe Claffee and Chris Hall worked with us to properly define the entire scope of work so that we could understand the work required and its cost. I cannot say enough good things about Baker Home Exteriors. We needed new roofs and gutters for our home and garage. I called them and scheduled an estimate. Joe Claffee came out and did a thorough estimate of our needs. He was courteous and very helpful to answer all of our questions, and I had a lot! :) Once Joe worked up the estimate, he scheduled a time to come back and go over the estimate and also to bring roofing and gutter samples. Baker Homes was excellent to work with and I would highly recommend them. Joe Claffee spent lots of time with me making sure I was comfortable with the process and had all my questions answered during the time leading up to the project.
