Baker Roofing completed my reroofing project as promised. They made some recommendations that should be completed prior to the reroof that I would not have been aware of otherwise. Once I had that work completed, they came in and replaced the roof in a day including repairing some bad spots in the roof deck. I am very satisfied with the job and the new roof looks great.
Baker Home Exteriors provided roof replacement and gutter replacement for us after a hail storm. The project was complicated due to cedar shingles and stone on our house that had to be removed and replaced in order to properly flash the roof. Joe Claffee worked with us to properly define the entire scope of work and to communicate with our insurance company so that they could understand the work required and its cost. I contacted Baker Roofing through their online contact and someone called me back within the day to get a better idea of the issue we had. I set up the appointment for a quote for 8 am. Jason showed up early to get the job done. He was very professional and quick to get me a quote within a few hours for installing drip edge in our gutters. Bakers Home really did an excellent job for my home. Joe Claffee came out to inspect our roof and gutters. He went into great detail of all that was needed to be changed out and why. No hidden fees. The team that came out were quick and precise, along with cleanliness once the task was complete. These were the best people I have ever worked with. The roof looks so good and the communication throughout the process was excellent. Most of my contact was with Joe, Jonathan and Jennifer and they were all very professional and helpful. Great company.
