The consultant came out and did a full inspection. Said he would email an estimate in a day or two. Never heard back. Called another company and they came out the next day. Had a proposal that afternoon and replaced the roof and all the plywood the next day.

Every aspect of the job was done in a first class manner at a very reasonable price. We appreciated the follow up after the job was done which helped to insure that the roof was installed correctly.
