I called Baker Restoration Monday, the day after a tree fell on my house. Dan told me he would be out the following day. Tuesday he told me Wednesday. Wednesday he told me Thursday. Meanwhile the giant hole in my roof is wide open. Thursday Dan called me to say he couldn't take the job and would not be coming. Very unprofessional. I would never consider using Baker Restoration after this.
Terrible service
The service that I received from Baker Restoration was superb. They were very professional and knowledgeable about home repairs and water damage. The crew was very friendly and made sure they took care of any concerns that we had. Their pricing was fair.
Dan and his team restored our home after a flood in an upstairs bathroom. Work needed to be done on multiple levels and we were very pleased with the outcome. Everyone was hardworking, professional and courteous. I recommend them highly without any reservations.
If you are looking for a commercial or residential remodel in Lake County, the Baker Construction guys are your best option. Dan and his team are great people and are well versed in kitchen, bathroom and basement renovations. Fair priced and experienced.
