Your receptionist is rude and made us wait 20 minutes to check in although we arrived 1 minute before our appointment. Had to wait 35 minutes for the appointment even though others who came after us were seen first. Customer service at front office is bad
They never disappoint they’re always so quick and makes the experience for my kids more enjoyable.. they love the games in the lobby and the prizes after finishing.. what I really love is they will do everything all in one day! I came in for a check up for my kids and they needed other things so I thought I’d have to come back another day for it, but no they asked me like would you like this done today and I’m like yes!! I’m giving one star until they change their phone number, I don’t like taking my child to a place that has 666 in its phone number.
Convenient location and they have treated my children really well ☺️🙏🏽
Not happy with our experience at this dental office. The first visit went great. We discussed what our daughter needed, including a cavity that was described as “unusual,” but we were told it would just require fillings. On the second visit, we saw a different dentist. They still did not address the tooth we originally came in for. We asked if it could be fixed then, but were told they “do the easiest work first” and that we would need to come back again.
