Very poor communication from office staff to patients. Will not return calls in a timely manner.
This place was very unprofessional. Upon walking in the establishment, there wasn’t a greet by the receptionist at all. Came in Wednesday with the brace in hand, show the receptionist the brace that needed to be adjusted scheduled an appointment for Friday at 2pm. Came Friday and they didn’t have my scheduled appointment in the system. Not only was I not in the system for an appointment, now they state they can’t adjust the brace. There really is a lack of communication from this office. And so much misleading to where it takes twice as long to get anything done because they don't tell you, don't do the work, or say one thing and do another. I have to follow up so much.
When I got my first head of orthotics from Baker’s in Tyler, Texas. At first they really did help and they were good. I had to pay cash for it at quite a hefty amount I might add. They made it very clear that they don’t do Medicare. It’s too much paperwork for them. About a year later I had a prescription from my podiatrist to get new set orthotics for my shoes made as there had been changes with my legs and my knees therefore a new pair was needed to accommodate the changes.
