We have had great service and care. We use the Longview Tx location.
The worst customer service ever, they simply treat you as a number and want to know more about your insurance then they do you. And after being treated very poorly all they do is show you pages in a book nothing else. And the corporate people are misleading condescending and rude. This is the only negative I have ever left on anybody ever in 65 years. I even told a doctor how bad it was and he said he had heard before. Please find someplace else for your own piece of mind.
