I had a horrible experience at Baker Nissan when purchasing my truck. The Finance manager cheated me out of my trade in and refused to resolve the issue. I since sent a certified letter and contacted Carl Baker, all to no avail leaving me feeling like my issue is not important nor are they interested in resolving it.
