I had a horrible experience at Baker Nissan when purchasing my truck. The Finance manager cheated me out of my trade in and refused to resolve the issue. I since sent a certified letter and contacted Carl Baker, all to no avail leaving me feeling like my issue is not important nor are they interested in resolving it. Repeated call messages, no responses, and being put off has went far enough. I want this issue resolved because I am not going to just let it go.
