I can only say, Stay clear of this dealership. Very arrogant G.M. who will not be up front on price of vehicles! Shows no respect to elderly people wants to be rude with comments and talk down to you. Not willing to negotiate or disclose what you are paying for . G.M. evidently thinks people can not or will not take their business elsewhere. (WRONG!) the WORST !! read and analyze for yourself: The issue in question stems from inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by Vaden Nissan To Beaufort County Taxes regarding a vehicle which I purchased and NEVER took out of dealership premises. Despite my repeated attempts to obtain clarification and resolution from the dealership, they have failed to correct their mistake or provide the documentation necessary to remedy the situation. My son purchased a used car here. Literally the next morning the p/s door would not open from the inside. No one would return a call in a timely matter. This is a dangerous situation if he were in an accident, but to be a new customer and when someone finally does get back to you says, "you bought it as is, is awful". Yes, used cars come with baggage. But shameful practice for this dealership. Everyone was polite while we were there, but they stop caring after the sale. .. Not even 24 hours later.
I went to Greenacres Nissan over the weekend. My service advisor was Ashley. She was amazing, gave me regular updates on my vehicle throughout the entire process. 10/10 would recommend
My dealing with Tristan and his management was awful. In typical fashion, the salesman pretended he was my best friend. I explained that I had a trade, I had $1500 to put down, and I wanted to stay under $300 per month. They ran my credit multiple times without my permission lowering my credit score each time (essentially to prevent me from being approved at other dealerships). Put me in a known pathfinder that had significant issues with transmission cvt…this cvt transmission actually hurt Nissans reputation and they are still reeling from it. Drove it a week and transmission out $8500 to fix. Sold as is- understand that but a reputable business should not be selling garbage and a know lemon. I would run for t his place …FAST
Went for some warranty work under the "Mechanics Platinum Plus" Plan - first breaks, hoses, battery, belts and hoses, etc. etc - towing, road side assistance, lock out service - well, this cold snap took out my battery to my Sentra. Maggie, my service advisor squared me away. As most people know, service after the sale is sometimes lacking. Maggie is great, as is CJ who sold me my last two vehicles there. Great people. And, that is a $350 battery folks. that plan is totally worth it.
They are horrendous. from their General manager, Cody to my service advisor, so called only, Adrian, to the person who sold me my useless car, Gilbert, every single last one of them. I am no longer welcome there because my car is chronically undrivable. the key fob goes on the blank every week or so. they say there's nothing wrong but there sure is. why would I call them otherwise? why would I call a tow truck otherwise?
