I dropped of my Land Rover off for a simple oil change, new rear view mirror, new windshield and a check on the back door handle. They sold me a nine-point check and suggested the serpentine belt was warn and should be replaced. I went in for my second car purchase from Baker as my last experience was very positive - I really liked working with them last time. I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for and told the salesman this. The salesman was very helpful and really made me feel comfortable. I was also introduced to another sales manager and a finance agent who were also very helpful and flexible when it came to price.
