My 8 month old 2025 Mercedes was brought in for an oil change and an issue with the navigation. It’s been there for over a month so far with no end in sight. No one at the dealership wants to deal with this issue or myself.
Do not do business with these people. My car kept having a check engine light come on and it would kill all the power. I was driving at 65 mph in the fast lane and the car basically died, I could hardly get it off the road. They tell me they are seeing no problem and that I need to let it happen again and bring it back. When I voiced my concerns about it being unsafe, they told me, "in 30 years he has never heard of anyone being hurt by a car breaking down". One star is the bare minimum for posting but you guys don’t even deserve one star. The service at this location is horrible, they label themselves and represent the Mercedes brand as luxury but their actions and service reflect that the employees are lazy and greedy. I took my vehicle in for my yearly checkup, I got it back being told that there were no issues and that it was fine. September 18, 2025 SERVICE VISIT BIG shout out to the service department at Baker. We live in Hilton Head but traveled to Charleston for my wife's foot surgery. After the surgery, we decided to make the 2 hour trip back home. My wife was laying in the back of our GLS 450 SUV on a mattress with her foot elevated when the air suspension system went out.
