One of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. Darren and Greg were consummate professionals. No pressure. Answered all my questions. First time MB buyer. Had 5 Acuras before, but couldn’t be happier with the car. Would recommend them to anyone.
Bought a GLS from them. They keep trying to get me to sign paperwork before i fully inspect the vehicle. And because i am out of state it would be much faster… only to find out vehicle leather seats were worn out. They did not do the full detail they said they would and left me with a filthy car. My car is supposed to be covered “bumper to bumper” and now i am already encountering lots problems with it. The people posting poor reviews for customer encounters aren't lying. Came here the other day to look at a C-class. We're not flashy people but I could write a check for whatever I wanted. Manager made minimal effort to direct us to one in the showroom and made himself scarce waiting for an appointment. My wife also felt we were judged based on our clothes.
