I have been calling for days trying to ask about a property for lease! No one calls back, left voice-mail too.
Baker/Katz inherited a dirty tenant when they purchased commercial property (Foodarama) for a bargain. I do not believe that their tenant is in compliance with the terms of the lease. Although, Baker/Katz showed some interest in rectifying the neighborhood nuisance, one of the company executives (Jason Baker) decided to allow the tenant to continue to create a nuisance.
