I have used the Baker-Jones air conditioning company (Houston, Texas) on various occasions in the last two years and found them to be extremely professional and beyond competent. Baker-Jones came out to inspect my a/c unit after my home warranty told us the issue was a plumbing related because of a water leak. Come to find out the problem was actually the coil in unit that went out. They were timely, professional and respectful of our home when they did the repairs and left everything clean.
9/20/22 Contacted by owner and received complete refund!! Thankyou (July 7th Service to check my A/C was found OK, Test Ok. Fee for this service was $319.00?? I am a senior citizen and this is way too much for found ok test ok. After service I have had to have the primary drain cleaned due to water backup that was not checked but should have been checked. Customers beware of over charges!!)

A couple of years ago this individual's son did us a favor and we returned the favor by checking his Dad's ac system at NO CHARGE. This year when he called for service he was charged the standard fee to service/maintenance 2 systems. He never contacted us to report any issues after the service call. He is complaining about the cost but never called us back to say their was a problem but allegedly paid another company to resolve his issue.
