Tim in sales was great to work with.
My husband stopped in to buy a part for his Kabota. We live 30 miles away. Anyway salesman wouldn't get off his stool to even look up a part. Sent us 45 miles to Kabuta Pocahontas AR . They ran the part right then. Part is in Poplar Bluff where the salesman wouldn't help him. Or another 49 miles into Arkansas to Brookland. So after such an aggravating run around in Poplar Bluff we will go the extra 49 miles to Brookland Arkansas. Will not go back to the one in Poplar Bluff. Terrible to do that to someone. I bought a used Kubota L4701 with backhoe. I bought it sight unseen (large risk) and was not disappointed. I read Baker Implement's feedback and took a chance. I worked with Tim and he was as great as his feedback. Not a high pressure salesman. Steve delivered my tractor and he was as great as Tim. He gave me updates along the way to keep me up to speed on how far out he was. The tractor is awesome, just as described. I can't say enough about this place and its staff! Todd
