Was disappointed yesterday when they gave my appointment time to someone else ( with my same name), and I got stuck there for an hour and a half. Thought I might be compensated in some way.
I Love Dr. Craig and the care that she gave to my dog Lilly over several years. Lilly was our child and Dr. Craig went above and beyond to keep her comfortable during her senior years and when cancer struck. She is very real and gives you treatment options based on how you want to handle each situation. She was very empathetic when we lost our girl and I will bring all of my future pets to her. The prices are very reasonable and the lifetime vaccine program is unbeatable.
My family and I always feel welcomed and our pet well taken care of by the staff. Great facility.
Such a pleasant experience! The techs made our puppy feel at home with all the attention and treats! He didn't even realize he had gotten a shot. I will recommend this place to any pet owner. We are even looking forward to another visit🐾🐾🐾 I am the grandma so I was a little apprehensive but everything went off without a hitch the dog actually belongs to Kady Huesman and her father Shawn Huesman🐕
My daughter and I brought her Hamster (Bean) in! Everyone was wonderful and Bean got great care. I would recommend them to anyone!
