Tom Baker was awesome and got our home listed, shown and sold within 7 days of my call to him. He understood neighborhood dynamics in a way I never thought of to get the best price for the home and a quick sale. Despite many many offers, it was confusing on how to evaluate them, but Tom made it very simple. Trust Tom with any future purchase or sale!!

Sold my mother’s house under my trusteeship. Following the wishes of my mother, the house was to be offered to my cousin after receiving two estimates. I can breathe... Jessica (daughter), Rick (son-in-law), Jesse (husband), and I (Bernice) started/reach out to Brian-KW/Baker Home Team in June or July 2021 that we want your service to search and buy that perfect house.
