I met with William Gurney from Baker Home Exteriors to talk about replacing the roof. He arrived on time and with sample materials as well as a copy of the warranty for me to review at my leisure, after explaining it in terms I could understand. He inspected the roof to assess the wear and damage, did not try to upsell or pressure me into submitting an insurance claim. Also, his estimate was very reasonable. Based on my research, Baker Home Exteriors has a reputation for quality work, so I hired them to replace my roof and to install 22 new windows in my home.
