I lived there for 3 years. The new manager (Brandy) has the worst management skills ever ! She doesn't look at you when you talk to her, she continues working on her computer, with her back to you. Her friend is in the rent office during working hours. When you talk to her there is always a reason why something cannot be done,she is very hard totalk with.She put a letter in my door stating my rent was going down and could not provide an explanation. I was helping my 82 yr old mom to get an apartment there. They scheduled her to look at an apartment on a Monday, first day of the month, I could not take off, I called to reschedule (Brandy) said she could nor discuss with me, when I had been emailing her and talking to her prior. Now she won't call my mom back to reschedule.

Does not pay the bills for their contractors. We ran a call on their refrigerator. They were in the middle of changing managers. Neither the managers, their upper management, nor anyone at the company I tried to reach at a higher level ever called us back to finished the repair or even pay us for their time. We even ordered parts and would not call back for us to go install. They never paid trip and diagnostic fee. They are owned by TM Associates Management Inc

Horrible place. Filthy. They dont clean up between tenants. And an older man on 2nd floor gets away with bullying other tenants. A lot of verbal abuse there.
