Unfortunately they left this senior citizen high and dry on the coldest day in years. I had a maintenance agreement with them for years — had to file an insurance claim due to THEIR TECHNICIANS ERROR so unbeknownst to me they dropped me as a customer but neglected to ever notify me of that until I had no heat and temperature was -5 degrees. I call Bakers cooling and air 9 /16/2022 to fix a furnace they came out i paid them but they didn't fix anything i called them back the next day thats when they told me it was the water heater and left i called back now no one is answering they phone
I called Baker Heating and Cooling on 9/8/21 asking for an estimate for a new central air conditioner for my home. Steve, their licensed technician, show up the next day and gave me an estimate to replace my 28-year-old unit. It was a very reasonable quote for a new Trane Run Tru air conditioner. I accepted the offer, and they installed it the next day. The installers were extremely professional and friendly. The service people were friendly and knew their products perfectly. The price was OK and the 2 new systems turned out great
replaced a thermostat which was not needed. I will not recommend Baker. They were called because the air conditioner was not working. Baker replaced the thermostat. 8 hours later, it still was not working. They came back and said it had a shortage. 2 days later, Baker had to replace the "outside box".
