Ken, the owner, personally came out to my home and immediately impressed me with his professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. He explained everything clearly, got straight to the point, and never pressured me or tried to sell me anything unnecessary. The service was quick, efficient, and honest. Called, asking for appointment, said next available was tomorrow morning then received a call from Ken the owner who said he would be over in an hour. He was here fast, diagnosed the problem fast, fixed it fast, got my unit running again. Professional, to the point, experienced in his trade and saved my family from a miserable night! Ken & everyone at Bradford were great to work with. He addressed our issue immediately and reviewed options and pricing for us. We decided to get a new AC unit as ours was very old and failing.
