Ken was wonderful! Professional and knowledgeable, he guided us through purchasing our first AC unit after the original one at our home broke. His service was clean, efficient, and friendly. Our unit was replaced in no time, and is working perfectly. My husband and I would definitely recommend Baker Heating and Cooling to anyone who needs any kind of service!
I’ve had Ken Baker taking care of our AC needs since my unit failed in 2017. He’s always available, responsive, and most important to me, upfront and honest. I have been a customer of Ken Baker for at least 9 years. At least that's when he installed 2 new Trane units, air scrubbers and all new metal duct work, so it's probably more like 12 years because we had numerous issues with the original AC units that came with our new build in 2008. After being disappointed with 3 "big name" AC companies with our original AC units, we found Ken and been a customer since.
