I have dealt with Ken Baker for quite a few years. He’s a very polite and professional person who gets things done quickly! If you are in need of repairs on your hvac give Ken Baker at Bradford heating and cooling a call. You will not be disappointed!
Ken has been great to work with. We first contacted him for our maintenance service of our 20+ year old system. When the time came he made the process of purchasing and installing a new HVAC system seamless. Installers were on time, polite, clean and efficient.
Came home and house was warm, called Bradford Heating and cooling. Unfortunately weren’t able to get out till Monday, then Ken called and asked what was going on, told him said he would be right out, Ken and Kyle came and diagnosed the issue and took care of us right away! House is cooling! Thank you guys so much! Just awesome!
Ken and Kyle were prompt and very professional. I was having a AC worked on and within 10 mins the diagnosed as being the accumulator. While my two story house has three AC controllers they explained the system thoroughly and answered my questions happily. They even scheduled a follow up visit to make sure some discoloration was either dirt or oil, turned out to be dirt.
