Ken B. from Bradford Heating and Cooling was very professional and courteous. He was very thorough and showed me everything going on with my units. He also identified an issue and quickly resolved it on both units. He did very good work. His prices are very reasonable and I would definitely recommend him to anyone for any A/C and heating issues. I’ve never used this company’s services, but they text me like we’re old friends who go way back. For the past few weeks it’s been: reminders, “special deals,” follow-ups… basically everything except sending someone over to actually fix my AC — which I didn’t ask for in the first place. I get that businesses need to promote themselves, but sending repeated, unsolicited texts isn’t marketing — it’s spam. Fantastic as always! This time we got a AC/ heater in the garage so we can work out there year round refinishing furniture! From the initial call and complete specs , to price ( reasonable , and a tax credit to boot) , to the install - they took time to show how the remote works and boy it really heats and cool’s quickly! Always on time, neat and efficient- and Corina always calls after to make sure service was top notch -which they always are .
Came home and house was warm, called Bradford Heating and cooling. Unfortunately weren’t able to get out till Monday, then Ken called and asked what was going on, told him said he would be right out, Ken and Kyle came and diagnosed the issue and took care of us right away! House is cooling! Thank you guys so much! Just awesome!
