The installers were excellent. Kevin Baker provided great advice too.
Always receive the best service, very cleanly done and very polite and friendly. If there was a six star we would give them that. We just lost our furry cat Shadow and when he came in to do the fire place I said probably a lot of cat hair, I told him he passed away on Thursday night, he said oh no that your tabby cat. He remembered from last year. We really thought that was great that he remembered the cat. Len & Betty
I was pleased with the service we received from the younger technician who worked on our furnace, air, conditioner, humidifier, and fireplace. He was thorough polite. Most important you left the place as it was clean. Keep up your good efforts. Kudos to the office who were able to assist us with our specific needs i.e. filters, etc. thanks again and as the young man said, see you next year.
