They installed our heat pump and then came back that evening to fix a glitch that occurred. They protected the floors and were very courteous.
The technicians were excellent. The Moovair unit does not do it's job and never has. I complained about that right after purchasing it but nothing was done, of course. I need to run the propane stove in the living room and an air conditioner in the living room also. The rest of the house gets no benefit from the heat pump.
Friendly, professional, and fairly priced products and services. Highly recommended.
