The desk staff is amazing, as is Dr. Baker. They all take what could be an intimidating atmosphere and make you feel welcome and cared for. I just had a deep cleaning procedure done by Alexa, shes a super cool person that provides a relaxed experience , in addition to being very skilled, efficient and thorough at her trade. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly place where the job is always done right.
Fantastic practice! Very good initial exam. Cleaning was excellent. I felt great and happy after leaving. They answered all of my questions, too! The window view also makes for a great experience! Talk about relaxing :) 10/10 would recommend!
It truly is sad that I am giving the office staff 0 stars. When I set the appointment I gave the office staff my dental insurance, and my understanding the office staff would call and pre-approved my cleaning payment. The woman that I handed my insurance card didn't even know how to read it. She said it was was for eye care. She looked at the card as if I was trying to pull a fast one.
