This is by far the worst attorney you can hire. He will assure you he knows what he is talking about however he does not. I was recommended him through the NJ number when you are given a TRO. He told me the plaintiff had no case at all until she hired a lawyer and at that point he changed his opinion. Hired Douglas Baker for my child custody case and he was extremely ineffective, and attempted to charge for every single instance of contact despite offering his services at a flat fee, and even if he failed to follow a ruling to completion. The "low-cost lawyer" will treat your case like a number. Do yourself a favor, and hire Greg Dibsie. Further he refused to provide me a refund for services non-rendered.
