Mario goes out of his way to take care of my company’s needs, and is the main reason why I choose Baker fcs for all of my supplies.
The only decent worker there is Mario.
Branch Manager, Cory Wert, was super helpful. My company had a crane lift scheduled for 7:30 am last Friday for an emergency change out. Not only did Mr. Wert open the store doors early, but his staff did an amazing job with getting me all of my materials & equipment. Due to his exceptional customer service, my team and I were able to make it to the jobsite on time to meet the crane.
I highly recommend you avoid this company. Lie about lead times, some employees sound intoxicated with slurged speech. The location is utterly unorganized . If you are depending on parts to come in, expect major delays.
If looking to get an account setup with baker be prepared to jump through hoops and wait days on end to perform warranty work on poorly made equipment and won't sell txv on cash account claiming it's an electrical part.
