Very unhelpful..I have a part go out on my home A/C that is under warranty and the manufacturer (International Comfort Products) said Baker Bros is the distributor and to take the part to them to get covered by the warranty. Baker Bros said the unit wasn't bought from them so they won't help with a warranty issue..I talked to the manufacturer again and they said it would have to go through a distributor..I explained the distributor won't help they said I have no choice they won't send me the part without the distributor. Will it wasnt good i talk to then on phone drove 30 mins from my House Got there 15 min before time to closed and the doors were locked and not a soul was there and to me thats bad business
