I walked in in need of immediate semi emergency assistance and was greeted at the door by employees who were just standing there talking. One guy come to assist but was not helpful at all. I have an old unit and even brought the blower with me which shouldn’t be difficult to identify by an experienced employee. I’m sure somebody there knows what’s going on.
