Just feel it's ridiculous. They will not sell parts to homeowners.
Broken A/C is a serious matter in Arizona. We were told our parts under warranty would take 40 days, it’s almost August, it’s been 95 days and they haven’t got the part nor offered to upgrade. Nothing but “sorry, we don’t have control over when parts come”. Maybe not, but readers should know this company has zero plans to make things right , when things go wrong.
