Very poor customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. refused to sell me a small part I needed for my air conditioner because I'm not an AC repairman. Not everyone has the money spent $1000 to get their AC fixed on a holiday weekend
They have a helpful guy up front and parts I need to repair my home ac unit in the Mckinney, Tx area. I appreciate Baker Distributing selling to a homeowner and not just contractors. Why not 5 stars? They are a little more $$ than online. Their hours of business are ok but somewhat limited (so be aware and you'll be ok). I will definitely be back and purchase more products. Thanks!!!
