Not sure about other locations, but specifically this store in San Jose CA is very very terrible service. Workers(front-desk), Sales agents(at the counter) are very unprofessional, rude, incompetent and very very irresponsible. Calling this store and waiting for a long time(hours) to ask a question, not responding properly and on time, no respect. I am sorry for other people as well, I am very very disappointed on them, so much upset, this is awful business service !
