Had to add my 2 cents, like a few others mentioned in the reviews, since she denied me service today too. Started in AC trade in 1983, worked commercial refrigeration 10 years after as journey hvac, then 30 years as refrigeration supervisor with major grocery until injury/early retirement 4 years ago. All I needed was a blower fan motor for my personal ac unit. Called first, said if I had my card - no problem. Guess what? Nope. Wasn't asking for special treatment but the lady said she wasn't risking her job ! ? I'm at a loss... read more
