We have been using this company for several years and have always had a wonderful experience. We truly appreciate the staff and the owner—they are friendly, helpful, and provide the personal service you expect from a great small business. Thank you for everything!
The best service, EVER! Very professional, fast, efficient and great communication throughout the process. Everything was handled professionally and quickly. I highly recommend.
I love this firm, especially as a small business owner. The staff is friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Cindy is very proactive in looking for best business practices and year end items to remember. She is just as attentive to my personal returns as she is with my business. It doesn’t matter if you’re an individual, small business or corporation, you can’t go wrong with Cynthia Pogue Baker, CPA!
They are knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and always take the time to explain things clearly. Their guidance has made handling my finances stress-free, and I feel confident everything is done accurately. Highly recommend!
Worst CPA firm we have ever used. Cindy is rude and not helpful when looking for direction. Received redundant questions from the staff, nickeled and dimed for every minute and invoiced for time spent fixing their errors. 2021 taxes were not filed correctly and still don’t have our refund this happened 2 years in a row. Changed firms for this year. Filed on the last day. Already have our refunds and fees were less cost then Cindy 3 years in a row.
