Worst CPA firm we have ever used. Cindy is rude and not helpful when looking for direction. Received redundant questions from the staff, nickeled and dimed for every minute and invoiced for time spent fixing their errors. 2021 taxes were not filed correctly and still don’t have our refund this happened 2 years in a row. Changed firms for this year. Filed on the last day. Already have our refunds and fees were less cost then Cindy 3 years in a row.
