I've had bridge work done that another dentist I'd gone to for 12 years wouldn't touch and it was less then half the cost and she did a great job. I've never had another dentis numb me for pain but Dr. Karen can do it and is very concerned about your comfort and educating you on what they are doing and what you need to do too.
