I really wanted to like this company after hearing sush great things, but I haven't received my package. Customer service has been pretty good about responding. I made my first order nov. 12. It was lost so they send out another one at no charge, which was awesome and I was super hopeful. Now it seems my replacement is lost too. No idea why since I have received other mail and packages before estimated arrival dates. I live so close to Missouri too so I have no idea what the issue is. Just received my first order from Baker Creek. One seed packet was completely empty. They won’t respond to emails and they have nobody answering phones. Guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
I don’t recommend this company they don’t stand behind their services. If you order seeds and they don’t arrive. To bad for you they keep telling you to wait CANADIANS don’t use this company the cost of the seeds are to high by the time you pay exchange and service fee for credit card ,,,they are worth their weight in gold ,,,, and when they get lost in the mail there customer service keeps saying they will be there soon ...... even though they can see they are not being tracked to any new destinations they keep saying wait ... read more
Please avoid companies which are racist, transphobic and refer to people as “gmo people” This company is a human rights disaster and I regret ever buying from them. I will do my very best to support Indigenous seed savers from now on.
Excellent customer service! Recent order had one missing item. Within 7 minutes of me sending an email, I received an email with an order number to ship the item. Another email followed immediately with an apology for the error. With the thousands of orders Baker Creek processes each year, this is outstanding! Thank you for your prompt attention!

WARNING!!! I couldn't get my order to go through and then later I couldn't even get the website to load anymore. Someone else went to order the catalog for me and they charged her 8 TIMES!!!!! Check your statements if you order their catalog!!! I'm absolutely furious over how much time I've wasted dealing with problems with this company!
